Had a fabulous time in Houston! It was great to see my TAV peeps and hit tryouts. I've been so blessed to work with this organization. They are such an amazing group of people. I also had a great visit at the University of Houston.

Marty and the kids mainly relaxed. At this point we are dreaming about our beds and more square footage. We miss our family too!

Last night after tryouts, we headed to San Antonio. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and stayed at an awful RV park. Fortunately it was only for us to sleep, and now we are already back on the road. We originally planned to spend a few days in San Antonio, but with so many of my athletes playing beach, I need to get home and catch up!

We have 543 miles to El Paso. This is an insane drive for us, but there is nothing in between. We will stay the night, sleep in and then drive to Phoenix tomorrow. This will put us home on Friday evening.

The people that surrounds us makes certain experiences more memorable. Though your drive sounds tiresome because of not having a soundful sleep the entire time. Most of us loves having a little roadtrip with our friends or families, we get to share this moment through passing the roads and seeing the beauty of our surroundings. We feel happiness and comfort with this experiences, and it shows that these little things matter. These long trips may be tiring, especially for the driver, and with this we should consider having someone to alternately drive the vehicle.
